Bonding/White Fillings
Bonding is a procedure in which a tooth colored filling material is used to change the shape/color of teeth for a more cosmetic look. The procedure is simple and very effective, usually being done with no anesthesia. It is is less costly than porcelain veneers but it typically only lasts 4-8 years.
White fillings are good because not only are they much more cosmetic than silver fillings, they bond to the tooth for added strength. Removing old silver fillings and replacing them with tooth colored fillings can dramatically improve the appearance of the teeth.
